National conference in Gdansk (2015)
On 15-17 April 2015 in Gdansk there is held national conference organized by by the International Co-operation Bureau of National Police Headquarters under project „New challenges for SIS users related to SIS II implementation” co-financed from Norway Grants (2009-2014).
The conference is chaired by Rafal Lysakowski, Director of the International Co-operation Bureau of National Police Headquarter.
The central themes of the conference are legal assistance in criminal matters:
- International cooperation in criminal matters,
- Police channels of exchange of information,
- Legal assistance (within Police competence),
- Prosecution of offenders, combating crime, issueing EAW in case when place of residence is uknown, prosecution of persons outside Schengen area,
- European Juridicial Network in criminal matters,
- European Investigation Order.
In the conference takes part 50 persons in total.
